Improve Sex Hormone Levels with Squats

The first exercise I'd recommend to anyone wanting to improve sexual performance is the squat. The squat involves more muscles than any other exercise. Because of this, your body produces large amounts of hormones, sexual and otherwise to deal with the stress. These hormones are directly linked to sexual desire and plays a large role in the arousal level of anyone engaging in a sexual act. The more you can get running through your veins, the better. This applies for both men and women because they effect both sexes the same way sexually. Squats also improve the strength and stamina of the legs and glutes; muscles that may improve performance. Along with that, you'll shape and tone your rear end making you more attractive to your partner.

Get a Great Chest

The second exercise I'd recommend would be the bench press. For males, having a strong chest and shoulders will help you support yourself so you can last longer and not tire out so quickly. Strong chest muscles are also considered extremely sexy by many women. For females, doing the bench press will enlarge your chest muscles and make your breasts seem firmer and fuller. As a result you will have more confidence, feel better about yourself, and thus become more attractive to your partner as a result.

Increase Circulation---For Desire and Performance

My third recommendation is to do cardio - running, swimming, stair climber, etc. Many types will do. Just get out there and get moving. Studies have shown that doing cardiovascular exercise will increase circulation and improve blood flow. This will help men get aroused easier - proper blood flow is essential for male performance. Endorphins are released as well. These are the feel good chemicals in the body which are also natural pain killers. Endorphins have been proven to elevate mood and give you a sense of well-being.
