The second exercise I'd recommend would be the bench press. For males, having
a strong chest and shoulders will help you support yourself so you can last

extremely sexy by many women. For females, doing the bench press will enlarge
your chest muscles and make your breasts seem firmer and fuller. As a result you
will have more confidence, feel better about yourself, and thus become more
attractive to your partner as a result.
Increase Circulation---For Desire and Performance
My third recommendation is to do cardio - running, swimming, stair climber,
etc. Many types will do. Just get out there and get moving. Studies have shown
that doing cardiovascular exercise will increase circulation and improve blood
flow. This will help men get aroused easier - proper blood flow is essential for
