Super Saver Shipping: Orders are
shipped via ground services. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Once
your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation.
*PO Box orders must choose Priority Mail
Priority Mail: Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and delivered
within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may
take longer). Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment
confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your
order has shipped.
UPS Shipping Options: UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are
available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. Rates
are based on the weight of your order as
calculated using the UPS shipping rate table. This shipping charge will appear
in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is
charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be
emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your
order.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts residents are subject to a sales tax on all non-exempt items.
Sales tax will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart and exempt items
will be excluded from this calculation.

International Orders

There is no tracking available for International
Orders.
We cannot guarantee delivery on International Orders.
Orders are shipped via Orders are shipped via
FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS).. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as
calculated using the FIMS shipping rates. This shipping charge will
appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit
card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you
will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you can confirm that your order has
shipped. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws
in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).
International Shipping Restrictions:
1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other
regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you
to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are
different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with
their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our
products to their country. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders
returned by customs as "illegal to import."
3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not
issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original
condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer
is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be
applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."
4) The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the
products. Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you
finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review
this amount.
5) Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or
personal check drawn on US bank.
6) The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
Canadian Orders
There is no tracking available for International
Orders.

All Canadian orders are prioritized and shipped via FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS). Please note that buyer is responsible for any applicable duties, custom fees, and taxes. Canadian shipments usually arrive in just 5-10 days.

fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday. We will gladly

non-US banks. Please inquire at your local bank about how you can get an

If you are getting an error message when trying to order, please review
how you entered your zip code/postal code. The order in which you enter the
digits is vital. For example, when ordering from the UK. If your postal code is
SE146SL, you must enter it like this: SE14 6SL. Notice the space between the
fourth and fifth digits. You must have the correct spacing. So, in the case of
the UK, it is 4 digits, space, then the final 3 digits.

Ordering by Check & Money Order
If you would like to pay with a personal check, money order or cashiers check,
simply choose "Check / Money Order" option while checking out. Leave the credit
card field on the order form blank. Submit the order to us. You will receive a
email with your order confirmation. Print the order confirmation and include it
with the check or money order.

Return Policy

Please call us (1.888.820.3761) during our normal
business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive
credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15
days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to
authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied
to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Damaged Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand
that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process.
Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of
receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the
merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any
confirmed damaged merchandise.
Protein/Nutrition Bar Policies:
During the warm Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of
protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are always kept at
appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities.
Any changes in consistency occur as the result of delivery vehicles which we
have no control over. In ordering bars during the warm months the customer
assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing
the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry
place.
Back Orders:
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to
maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of
certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of
availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items,
holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or
receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock
items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred
by the customer for these partial shipments.

All online transactions at Extreme Sports
Nutrition (Yahoo! Stores) are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted
across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets
to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is
stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant.
If you are not the kind of person who worries
about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't
have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a
secure Web site. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion...is that on-line
credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech"
transactions." We order products online all the time, both as a company and as
individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least
as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.
